The First-Year Success Seminar is intended to help you successfully adjust to university life. Through small group discussions, class activities, and course assignments you will embark on personal, professional, and social exploration to jumpstart your college experience. Topics covered in this course include university policies and resources, major requirements, registration procedures, goal setting and study skills, time management, career exploration, engaging respectfully with others from diverse backgrounds, and mental and physical wellness. You will also have the opportunity to engage with faculty and staff from your own college in this course. This course may be a requirement for graduation in your college.
