FIN 310 - Business Finance

An introduction to general principles of business finance. Subjects include financial statements, discounted cash-flow analysis, risk and return, stock and bond valuation, capital structure, cost of capital and capital budgeting. Emphasis is placed on the development of problem-solving skills and financial applications in the business community.
Prerequisite(s): AC 210 and QNT 230 for business students or approved statistics course for non-business students.
