IMA 389 - Junior Review

The Junior Review is a non-credit assessment with advisement of the progress of the student in the major. All majors are required to pass this review in order to advance to the senior year and complete the program culminating in the Senior Capstone project. Students whose work is not of sufficient quality are advised to repeat courses or develop additional work to improve the quality of the portfolio before continuing on. The review is conducted by multiple faculty members in the department and scored with a rubric in keeping with the program’s objectives and learning outcomes. The student can request additional faculty from other departments be included in the process.
Prerequisite(s): Junior standing, majors only.
