PHI 302 - Global Justice

Course Cross-listed with IS 302
3 credit(s)
Life in a global society presents us with some enduring moral and political questions, such as: the distinction between foreigners and citizens, who ought to benefit from taxation or vote in elections, whether different societies should have different moral codes, and why some countries are wealthier than others. We will consider questions about the moral and political aspects of international organizations and global governance, colonialism, immigration, economic inequality, and international gender justice.
