SCHL 375 - Logistics Management

Logistics is critical to an organization’s successful performance in total cost, service, and productivity. This course introduces the framework and processes used in the design, analysis, and management of the flow of goods and related information from point of origin to point of consumption. Topics include: extended value stream mapping, transportation modes, warehousing, materials handling, distribution, network design, and third-party logistics among others.
Prerequisite(s): 36 credit hours or permission of instructor.
