This course focuses on the development of competence in management and project management skills. Topics such as conflict management, creativity, communication, delivering professional presentations, and problem-solving are covered, alongside exploration of group roles, power structures, and team dynamics. Through practical exercises, students will hone their abilities, assess their competencies, and reflect on their strengths and weaknesses in managing projects effectively in various organizational settings.
