DATA 230 - Business Data Analytics I


3 credit(s)
This course encompasses the basic statistical and optimization techniques used in business, government, and research. Topics include statistical inference, quality control, simple and multiple regression with applications in business, and linear and nonlinear applications of quantitative techniques and optimization procedures. Excel and other statistical software are used for problem solving.
Prerequisite(s): M 114  or M 112  or M 144 .
