EDD 822 - Seminar in Organizational Theory in Education


3 credit(s)
Examines contemporary theory and research on educational organizations, including organizational design, performance, and effectiveness. These cognitive understandings form the basis for examining current operations in students’ places of employment. Students complete an in-depth case analysis of current organizational conditions in their organizations.
Prerequisite(s): Matriculation in Ed.D. program.
