BL 330 - The Law of Business Organization

An examination of the forms of business enterprise and an analysis of modern commercial law. The doctrines governing partnerships, corporations, and other forms of business organization are examined. Includes analysis and application of the Uniform Commercial Code and other uniform laws.
Prerequisite(s): BL 230 .
