PSY 551 - Global Talent Management


3 credit(s)
The course will provide students with knowledge and understanding of global variations in key areas such as culture, leadership, communication, teams and motivation. The course will cover psychological constructs underlying cross-cultural differences.Through assessments, exercises and case studies they will be challenged to think about their cultural mindset, and gain familiarity with different ways of thinking and being. This course should be beneficial for anyone in a global role such as functional managers, project managers, HR practitioners for multinational organizations, and organizational researchers.
Prerequisite(s): Matriculation into a psychology graduate program, or permission of the MSOP program director.
