This course explores the issues and dynamics related to diversity in the workplace. It includes the impact of gender, ethnicity, race, culture, and other dimensions of diversity on management and organizational life at the individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational levels of analysis.
Prerequisite(s): MGT 310  or permission of instructor.
