DFA 223 - José Limón Technique

This course introduces the Limón technique. Preliminary warm-up and center work introduces the movement principles based on the philosophies of Doris Humphrey and José Limón. Locomotive patterns reference their repertory. This course is an elective for senior dance majors only.
Prerequisite(s): DFA 327 ; dance performance or ballet pedagogy majors only.
