MGT 101 - Business Exploration

This course is an accelerated immersion experience about business. As young, pre-college students (rising Juniors and Seniors in High School) you are introduced to the economic, marketing, financial accounting, ethical and societal dimensions of business. Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are developed through participation in team based simulations followed by analysis and discussion using an online interactive program. As students of this UofH Business Summer Institute you gain general exposure to the academic, residential and social support systems available at the Barney School and the University.
Prerequisite(s): Restricted to Summer Institute participants.
