IMA 345 - Digital Fabrication

This introductory course addresses the fundamentals of computer-aided drawing/machining (CAD/CAM) in the creation of three-dimensional artwork. The potential of rapid prototyping (3D printing and basic CNC machining) is also explored.
Prerequisite(s): IMA 310  and IMA 335 ; (SCL 220  or CER 220  for non-majors); or permission of instructor.
Laboratory fee.
